Arrived in Athens on Sunday the 18th of March.
Stayed with cousins in Suburb of Halandri (20mins from the city on a bus) and then on the second week stayed with other cousins in Hrosia (1hour out of Athens on a bus and train)
Visited:
-Monuments on the Acropolis
-Ancient & Roman Agora
-Monasteraki & Plaka Tourist destrict
-25 March Military Parade
-Museums (Argaeological, Byzantine, Military etc)
- a few night clubs & coffee shops (we are addicted to Greek ice-coffee)
- and of course had lots of fun at the bouzoukia (live music clubs)
Took in a day trip to
-Cape Sounio (Temple of Posiedan)
- Aegina Island (temple of Afea, medieval city, etc)
