Europe or BUST
I am going to Iceland for 21 days on a volunteer expedition in east Iceland, actually. I will be donating my time to do organic farming with my workcamp. After that I will be on my own to backpack around Europe. Feel free to send me messages !
SEEDS - DAY 15 - TUESDAY 9/15
ICELAND | Sunday, 20 September 2009 | Views [363]
Strange, vivid dreams again as usual. Today we woke up to a even bitter cold morning and it was overcast with the threat of rain. More effin' potatoes today (yawn..), this kind of work is so fucking boring I don't know how anybody could really do this as a job, but yanno some people really don't have a choice in the matter so I'm trying to keep positive, after all it's only volunteer work and I only have one more day of it. I'm thinking to myself today "man I'm really going to miss some some of the peeps here, and especially Lilya, she is a great hostess and new friend that I will certainly remember".
Fuckin' christ it's windy as all hell today ! The sky turned an ominous dark gray today, seems like a dust storm has swept up from beyond the mountains and it has stalled, not moving anywhere. I'm relaxing now after a days work on the field, creating a playlist for tomorrow's celebratory dance party and bonfire for us all. I'll be in Reykjavik for a couple days more, I'm gonna hang out with Haffie and take a trip to the Blue Lagoon before I head back to Keflavik airport. Denmark after the 20th !! WORD.
