    Artex Compound, found in Malabon, Philippines, has been submerged to flood water since 2004. Residents have been trying to call for local officials to do pump the water out but there is no rescue. by: kimpauig Views[1316] This family enjoys a morning boat ride. Despite their living condition, the residents cannot be seen unhappy. by: kimpauig Views[274] Each boat costs 10,000php. Most of them could not afford one. Residents usually get water first from the public pump.
