Residents have been trying to call for local officials to do pump the water out but there is no rescue. by: kimpauig Views[1280] This family enjoys a morning boat ride. Despite their living condition, the residents cannot be seen unhappy. by: kimpauig Views[245] Each boat costs 10,000php. Most of them could not afford one. Residents usually get water first from the public pump.
