This family enjoys a morning boat ride. Despite their living condition, the residents cannot be seen unhappy.

Each boat costs 10,000php. Most of them could not afford one. They pay 10php a ride to get them to places. As for visitors, they are charged 50-100php as help for the residents.

Artex Compound, found in Malabon, Philippines, has been submerged to flood water since 2004. Residents have been trying to call for local officials to do pump the water out but there is no rescue.
