Managed to start the day with a run from Old Town to the Marina. It was so bloody hot I don't think I cooled down all day & given I hadn't run since Santa Catalina it was a bit more of an effort than usual!
Headed for strong Colombian coffee & a breakfast feast near plaza de la Trinidad with Becky & Lundy before checking out the Museum of Modern Art.
Had lunch at a local comedor then walked our to Boca Grande - the city's nearest beach.
Back at the hostel we reconvened with our San Blas sailing crew & went for drinks & street food at Plaza de la Trinidad.
The rain drive us back to the hostel balcony where Becky & I finished our litre box of Chilean vino tinto & headed to bed.
