Rockaway Beach, NY: The gymnasium behind St. Camillus and St. Virgilius Parish had been turned into a place for residents to restock on the necessities. Narrow aisles snaked through tables of clothing and food donated by people and various organizations. People could pick up anything from hot food to warm clothing. It was organized by the Occupy Sandy movement. Hurricane Sandy caused over $63 billion USD in damage across the United States on October 2012.
