I hear this phrase a lot when shopping (BROWSING) which I do a lot. Sometimes rudely enough I don't realize its directed towards me and I leave the unbelievable customer service of Philippines hanging.
We had a great time in Palawan, highlighted by the GIS seminar, making new friends, and Leah's brief visit. We visited the Subterranean River and smelled guano, got interviewed by 100% Pinoy tv show and hostess (Former Miss Universe runner-up) Miriam Quiambao, about conservation of macaques!?!, and snorkeled with Nemo and company. It was AWESOME. The people in Palawan are awesome and its a beautiful place. I don't know why someone would move from there (especially to Manila, barring the whole employment thing).
We're heading back to the states tomorrow, which will be ok. This trip was a quick taste, albeit very sweet. Thanks for checkin up..peep the photos...more to be added when I'm pampering myself through the jetlag!
