My name is Emily Hurst. I'm 20 years old and I'm a global development studies major at Queen's University in Kingston, Canada. I love to travel and I especially love capturing my travel memories on my camera. My fondest memories have been from travelling to different places and my photos both help me to remember and allow others to enjoy the experience along with me. A picture captures a moment in time, and if you study a picture long enough there's a full story waiting to be told just beneath the surface. I should be chosen because I have a passion for adventure, travel and story telling, and would love the opportunity to hone my travel photography skills while also visiting a new place and experiencing a new culture.
