Gateway to Havana (view from Fuerte El Morro): Fuerte El Morro is the military fort located on one side of the entrance to Havana Harbour. This was one of the first and last places sailors would pass by on their way in and out of the city, embarking and returning from their journeys.

Along the Malecon: The Malecon is a beautiful sweeping highway that runs the length of Havana's waterfront and is often referred to as the collective living room of Havana.

Repairs: Havana is filled with old buildings, cars and electronics. Most Cubans are very good at repairing things with very little given how old so much of what they use in their daily life is. This picture was taken on the Malecon as three men surrounded a broken down 50's car (an icon of Cuba in itself).
