Revolutionary Spirit:
On every street corner and building there is evidence of the 1959 Socialist Revolution. This graffiti of Che Guevara (Revolutionary Leader) is one of the most iconic images of the revolution and is found all over the city, this particular image was taken in the old city on the median of a busy city street. It's both evidence of the collective past that Cubans have shared but also signifies the small piece of revolutionary each Cuban carries around with them. I think that the truck in the image represents Cubans carrying on with their lives amongst the memory of their incredible history.
