dear all,

not much today. we have arrived safely in ghent. The hostel is nice and the free brekkie is always good. Weather is a little rainy but not too cold.were about to go out exploring today. Ghent is alot smaller then brussels and has a real medievel feel. Steve went off to work today so we have been relaxing..and washing clothes.

after reading everyones comments...

what happened to andrew battens arm?

gai, i bet your tree looks beautiful in your new house.

Glad you arrived safely in Ghent I hope Steve does not have to work too hard!!!! The photos so far are great. Thank you for your postcard and Christmas card too. Everybody well here. Hi Guys, Glad you all arrived safely. You all look like you are having a wonderful time....wish I was there. Not to worry, aiming for next year. Ha I just now received an email from Harvey World Travel. Is that an omen????? Glad that Mel And Meg caught up with you all. They are now with oma in Germany and I believe she is spoiling them rotten. I think these visits from us ethnics keep her going. Anyway I love you all.
