Day 5:We caught a Bus from our hotel in Xian adn wet on a couple hour bus ride to the Terra Cotta Worriors.
This place was SOOO unreal. The amount of history and amazing sculptures is so amazing. We only spent a couple of hours there as our tour guide wanted to beat the traffic back into Xian.
That afternoon we went to the train station to catch the overnight train to Beighing. The trip went really quickly as everyone was getting along and saring stories.
No kids to talk to on this train ride though, however we all had a few drinks to pass the time...as you do!
Day 6:We got off our overnight train at around 7am and checked into our hotel. Everyone was still really tired and a few a little hung over.
We then caught a taxi to the Forbiden City but went in from the south gate instead of the northern (front gate) so that we could miss all the other tourists.
The Forbidden City is so beautiful with lots of colour and amazing huge buildings. There were so many people there. We found out from our tour guide that around 100 000 people pass through the gates everyday. So it's a lot of people every single day.
We then headed back to our hotel to have a shower and go to the Kung Fu.
This show was the best display of action packed mashial arts acting we have ever seen. The perfomers where always entertaining and just blew us all away with their skills.
