Leanne dropped us off at Springfield Mall this morning. The weather was still threatening, so we packed an umbrella just in case.
Did a bit of shopping in Target and picked up some winter clothing - we didn't bring much of that with us, as we expected the weather to be favourable, but our expectations weren't met. The forecast however, looks like it might improve for our journey north and west, into Pennsylvania and Ohio.
Finally re-established contact with the fellow in Annandale who had the push mower up for sale on Craigs List. He gave me an address and when Leanne returned from work we headed out there and collected this machine. It will be ideal for the small patch of lawn they have in the backyard - in fact I'll give it a trial run tomorrow.
Apart from that, we transferred another light fitting from one bedroom to another, after giving it a coat of Rustoleum's Oil Rubbed Bronze paint.
And that was the end of our day.
