The rain and highlands is getting me down so one last fling up to reputedly one of the best gardens in Europe?? at Inverewe. Well worth the visit but still not my favourite, and got absolutley soaked - so far my boots are doing what they say, the trousers last an hour, anad the jacket is useless so as i already had a 1km stroll along the base of Ben Eighe after breakfast well wet. Was stopped no ..when i pulled in to let someone pass ..more A class roads - was told a break light was out so popped into a garage in Inverewe and poor guy had a heck of a job changing it. Motor Homes are not made for easy access had it been the other side I'm not sure if the toilet would have had to come out. But with a pound for the bulb 4 for labour I was well happy. Off to Culloden very modern center and trying hard to make a moor interesting. But rain has stopped and sun shining. Expecting a cold night but thats what the heating is for.
