Walking through Mendoza one day we thought we heard a guy yelling at a crowd with a megaphone. It sounded a bit like a political demonstration but we went a bit closer and were rewarded with the most bizarre thing I've seen in a long time. A dog dress-up contest with trophies, a judging panel and some very, very cool canines (check out the Boca vs River soccer costumes too).
