The Land of Point

TURKEY | Monday, 31 May 2010 | Views [508]

years ago, there was a place called The Land of Point. That's because
everything in the Land of Point, had one. The houses, the barns, the
trees, even the people......

somebody has pulled the plug on the Earth, and it is slowly dripping
away; it is melting into itself and leaving behind warped volcanic
structures ablaze with a sleeping fury. the elements have carved
sculptures out of the volcanic tufa rock that Gaudi is weeping for
beyond his grave. staring nonchalantly at the mosaic landscape are a
series of gigantic elf hats, a bulbous nose and a forest of phallic
giants. houses have been carved into and out of the rock-elf-hats, and
i'm certain i just saw Bilbo Baggins scurrying off to find an
adventure. let's follow him...

hugs and love from Kapadokya, aka The Land of Point.
