Slept much better due to the warm weather. Enjoyed breakfast by the fjord before making our way up the mountain to start the hike to Kjerag - a peak 1094m above the water. A tough climb over three passes, all of which were steep. We passed amazing scenery and saw glaciers and icebergs floating in mountain-top lakes. The trek ends in Kjerabolten, a rock wedged in a crack in the mountain 1000m high. Mike climbed on top of it for a photo op, because he is bad ass like that (he told me to write that). POD is my version by the way :) After the climb down we enjoyed some well earned hot chips at the cliff top restaurant before heading back down the hairpin circuit to Lysebotn camp ground. An afternoon nap, followed by a nice relaxing evening was just what the doctor ordered.
