Just got back from a hang-gliding session over Rio´s city and shores. Was pretty scary to start off with...jumping off the edge of a cliff 1700 feet above the city is pretty counter intuitive. But I was strapped to a fine specimin of Brazilian man, with 15 years experience and over 6000 jumps under his belt....so I felt marginally reassured. It was amazing!!

Thank goodness you told us after you did it!!!!

Wonderful photo and you look so radiant,well done. Amazing progress in technology, since I skied off a mountain with my parachute and the instructor on my back, they obviously do it differently in Brazil.My jump was some 20 years ago in Verbier. Can't wait for your the next episode, but please don't Bungee jump, plays havoc with your spine and makes your hair curl.Love GMH
