Asturias, Villaviciosa
Stopped at the cider capital of Spain, Villaciciosa for the afternoon and night. You need a few ciders to be able to pronounce the towns name!! Lovely little town, loads of siderias to sample the local cider in. Just had one in a bar as you get a really large bottle for a couple of euros and it is 6%. The cider is flat so you have to pour the cider from as high as you can to aerate it and you only put an inch at a time in your glass. If the locals don't drink it before it flattens they throw it away! Had tea in a little tapas bar, yummy.
Asturias, Cudillero
Arrived at Cudillero the next morning and stayed on a proper site for the first time in a week! Cudillero is a fishing village that looks more like Cornwall than Spain. Spent a couple of days exploring the area on foot. Warm but cloudy for the last couple of days. Had a couple of fishy teas here, sardines one night and squid and clams the next.
