Castille, Cervera de Pisuerga

Lovely rural town in amongst mountains and national park. We pitched up on a free stopover next to the river. Did a fantastic 4 hour walk in the national park, amazing scenery and oak forests. Saw lots of the huge griffin vultures.

Castille, Saldana

Visited Villa Romana La Olmeda, a roman villa in Saldana. First uncovered in 1968 by the farmer. Only the ground floor is intact but it contains amazing and complete mosaics. Loved this visit, great museum. Walked into town for pre-dinner drinks in local bars, 2.40 euros for two beers, yippee I love Spain not only is the beer cheap it is the best!!
