G'day from downunder, sorry no update for over a week we haven't had any phone signal or internet. We stayed for a few nights at Rainbow Beach opposite Fraser Island. Lovely little town right on a large beautiful beach, as usual here! Main reason for being here was to visit Fraser island. There aren't any roads on the island so you have to go by 4WD so we decided to go on an arranged tour. We went on a fantastic 4WD monster bus! I can't believe where this bus took us on the island. The sand roads inland looked impossibly steep and rough for the vehilce to travel along. It was really exciting driving over the island and on beach along the waters edge. Stopped at various amazing places, our favourite was Lake Mackenzie where we had a great swim in crystal clear water.
