The balcony from within the Palace that Ceausescu was supposed to address his nation. He was executed before that ever happened but Michael Jackson got to use it and infamously said "Hello Budapest!".

One of the 164 yard long hallways. We spent an hour inside the Palace of the Parliament and walked 1 kilometer and only saw 3% of it. Even though we didn't see one other person other than tourists the tour guide said 2,000 people work there and all of the 1,000 rooms are used. Others say the building is 70% empty and costs 3 million annually to maintain.
