Although the pool appears to be a hot spring it was lukewarm at best and we froze our butts off. Not to mention the elevation was 13,000 feet and very cold outside.

This abandoned piece of machinery was used to capture pressurized steam coming from the geyser for power generation until they found out all of the geysers were connected. Capping one geyser forced the steam to another location resulting in no pressure and no power.
