    Last stop on the Ecuador mainland tour was the market at Machachi. It was gigantic. Trying pure sugar cane juice was about as brave as we got. We were tempted to try the guinea pig but decided against it. We also passed on the opportunity to try lamb head soup. Can you blame us?
