Antigua is the former capital of Guatemala until 1770 when a devastating earthquake destroyed the city. It is sorrounded by 3 volcanoes. One of the volcanoes still smokes regularly. It is full of churches, markets, plazas and it throbs with activity. Every time I walk around I will add more pictures. Watch this space
