Enquanto espero a hora de começarmos a viagem para a Escócia, fico perdida em pensamentos.
While I wait for the time for us to start our trip toward Scotland, I lost myself in random thoughts.
Primeiro algo sobre um lugar frio e a quantidade de roupa necessária para nos mantermos aquecidos. Não me entenda mal! Eu adoro frio! Muito mais do que calor e os verões intermináveis no Rio. Mas é mais trabalhoso com meias e suéters e cachecóis e casacos. E eu que sou a rainha do banheiro, (nunca perca a oportunidade de ir ao banheiro, voce nunca sabe quando será a próxima), perco um tempo danado. E olha que eu acho que tenho o recorde de rapidez no Rio. ;P
First something about a cold place and the quantity of clothes needed to keep warm. Don't misunderstand me! I love the cold! A lot more than hot weather and the eternal summer like in Rio de Janeiro. But is quite bothersome with socks and sweaters and scarfs and big coats. And I'm the queen of bathroom, (never miss an opportunity to go to the bathroom you never know when the next chance will appear), I lost a lot of time going to the bathroom here. And I think I have the Rio's record for a quick visit to the loo. ;P
A foto deste post tem a ver com esse costume holandes/europeu de enfeitar as entradas das casas e as próprias janelas, sempre à vista de quem passa. Tem coisas lindas e talvez mais tarde eu fotografe alguma das minhas favoritas, se não for ofender ninguém. Mas achei essa idéia de falsas crianças debruçadas na janela extremamente pertubadora. Não sei o que o ser humano tem para necessitar criar mais imagens a sua semelhança quando já temos 6 bilhões de pessoas no mundo. Mas que me dá uma sensação ruim toda vez que veja isso, dá. E é a casa em frente à da Lilia!
The photo in this post is related to something dutch/european people do: decorate their entranceway and their windows that are at eye level and usually prmits anyone passing by to look inside the house. There are beautiful things out here and maybe I'll photograph some if it's ok. But these idea of fake children picking at the window just freaked me out. I don't know what is about human beings that they need to create more images look alikes when we already have 6 billions people on the planet. But this decoration creeps me out everytime I see it. And is at the house in front of Lilia's!
