We walked
the dogs again today – they are FUN! Had toasties for lunch with Laura on her
break then the boys went hunting for a dongle (wireless receiver necessary for
Bray’s new DJ Hero game to work successfully) all around the area.
Though this
sounded like fun Roni stayed at home and cut out numerous Christmas cupcake
wrappers in preparation for Laura’s cupcake stall at the Royston Christmas Fair
on the weekend. The boys eventually arrived home with a whole new game – couldn’t
get the part individually so Bray will return the dongle-less one and keep
this!
Rawiri made
tasty butter chicken for dinner before Laura began construction of Rapunzel’s
icing bodice and the rest of us worked on creating decorations for the
Christmas cupcakes. This mainly involved rolling out icing flat, using cutters
to make shapes like stars and holly before Bray painted them with glitter.
Much fun all
round before bedtime – though the boys were up with chats and gaming into the
wee small hours yet again. Many years to catch up on!
