Making Lemonade life gives you lemons make lemonade” Hello friends and family this cruising journal/blog is about my travels, the places I go and the friends I meet along the way.

March 20th, 2010 – Carriacou – Tyrell Bay - Happy Birthday Hannah!

NETHERLANDS ANTILLES | Saturday, 20 March 2010 | Views [627]

We left Grenada today and more importantly to me we left the Marina, yeah. After a short but great sail with gusts that challenged both Belle and Jim we arrived in Tyrrell Bay, Carriacou Island. This anchorage is described as small and charming but from the number of boats anchored the adjective popular should also have been used. We spent two nights in the bay and with the most memorable events being the wine delivery by Simon and our first scrabble game (I won)!
