The life inside the walled city of Lahore has a taste of its own. It is so serene yet so busy. I stood at the end of this street, attracted by the wonderful light and ambiance; seeing the hawkers pass by, garbage man collecting garbage on his bicycle and children running errands for their mothers.

Streets of Lahore are so full of surprises, somewhere a maze of dark narrow alleys where light rarely reaches to vast courtyard of Mughal Era Mosques. The streets are alive with the voices of street vendors, laughing children, chattering elders, merry voices of girls behind the curtained dingy quarters and women bickering with vendors.
