A walk in the Old Lahore

My Scholarship entry - A walk in the old streets of Lahore

Streets of Lahore are so full of surprises, somewhere a maze of dark narrow alleys where light rarely reaches to vast courtyard of Mughal Era Mosques. The streets are alive with the voices of street vendors, laughing children, chattering elders, merry voices of girls behind the curtained dingy quarters and women bickering with vendors.

I found this quite and serene moment among the jumble of voices and activities. A women passes by a street when a narrow shaft of light illuminates her
