...so I am in a new Hotel. I now have TV, but no shower and no hot water. :) I like the principle;)
Anyway, it is nice, and I spent yesterday almost all day with the luxury of a driver, taking me everywhere I wanted, and waiting for me until I was done. I bought some bangles, and had real Hyderabadi Byriani. Mjam.
I looked at myself this morning, and it seems like travelling is taking its toll. I look really tired AROUND the eyes, but the eyes themselves are happy:). So, today I thought I would take it easy and do some maintainance (washing/shopping/internet) and get the ticket for my next trip to delhi on saturday.
My yoga classes started today and sofar, its an experience! We are only six people and I am meeting new people, learning about their lives. The class is mainly about breathing techniques, as I understand, but it also teaches some Ayuvedic privciples in eating. Three hours a day until Friday! also, the theacher asked us to keep a vegetarian diet for the five/ sic days, wich i will try and do. Its not so hard here in india, there is always the "vegetaria" or "non-veg" option on the menue.
I am slowly starting to feel more at home. It is not so overwhelming anymore the manymany people, and I have learned to cross the street :) with all the traffic. Today I set out with a smile, the sun is actually out and it is 29 deg, with a nice wind blowing, you hardly feel the warmth. perfect., i would say.
peaceful greetings home, whereever that is,
anuscheh
