Fondue Fun

JAPAN | Thursday, 20 May 2010 | Views [669]

A few weeks ago, Megumi and Roger invited us to try out a new fondue restaurant with them.  None of us had been to a fondue restaurant before, so it was definitely an adventure!

We all shared a pot of cheese fondue and had dipping options of bread, shrimp, potato, mushrooms, and tiny onions.  Brandon and Roger both tried the little onions...and said they were quite oniony.  Megumi and I said we were too smart to bite into an onion, no matter how good the cheese fondue was.  :)

Then, my favorite part, the chocolate fondue for dessert.  For dipping: bread, apple, orange slices, marshmallows, and delicious strawberries.  Oh, what a wonderful dessert!

We had a lot of fun with our interactive meal and enjoyed time out with our friends.  Can't wait to go out with them again!  (And this time, I promise to remember that we made reservations for Friday night, not Saturday.  My sincere apologies, Megumi and Roger!)  :)
