Two flats one week

The roads in the Dominican are a nightmare of pot holes or a really fun trail bike track!!!! hence not too shockingly I have managed this week to have two flat tyres... luckily this country does not believe women can or should deal with such things and hence I have been assisted by brave and valient men who brave oncoming traffic and such inconveniences to assist me. One group of such men even took my spare which seemed to be a tad flatter than they would like off to get air- they rode away on their motorbike with it and it came back with another guy.

I ended up baking them cookies... what a woman does in this situation.
