The Honduran barrito…..in Tela there is this place called “Mega Baleadas” Yummy!!!! Granted beans is not my thing but when it’s mushed up like a paste in a flour tortilla it ain’t so bad. So…a baleadas is a large soft tortilla made right a ordering with bean paste, eggs, beef/Chicken, cream, cheese and avocados. Surprisingly it’s really good. So perhaps my diet plan about been in Honduras isn’t going to work after all!
