This weekend I waited for a phone call from Go Abroad China Foundation to tell me if they had found new work for me. I did not hear from Zoe by Monday morning and began thinking that I need to make use of my time if I were to have the week off.
I booked a flight to Beijing and will be there Tuesday-Saturday this week. Tonight at my Chinese language lesson I got a phone call from Zoe telling me that I will start new work when I return, next Monday.
I will now work at High Team Communications as a marketing intern. This office is further away from where I live but I know from the address that it is in a nice location; West Nanjing Rd! That's where the life of the city happens. Maybe some good happy hours after work with my Chinese tutor Dora or colleuges.
