Day 116 – 25th July 2016 Monday – Busy, busy, busy

There was a wild storm overnight and there appears to be a fallen limb off a tree in the front yard. As it is raining I really haven't had a close look to see what needs to be done. It will have to wait until September. We left a little earlier for the drive to Crafers due to the weather and the fact that the kids go back to school today after holidays. We arrived early and so had to sit for 45 min. The bus was late and we stood out in the bus shelter and froze from the cold wind. I waved goodbye and then headed to the bank. I then uploaded some documents to the cloud for my teaching before heading off to the doctor. Well what a farce. Supposedly I had an unusual result from my Pap smear but Dr Hughes couldn't find any reference to it. Appears they accidentally sent me this letter instead of a 2 year reminder letter. $85 later. I then rushed down to Glenelg to the chemist for some scripts and to get Vicki’s senna she asked for. I had no idea if I got the right one or not.  I also got a couple of swimming noodles for Monika and Jean-Ann to use at their new house that has a small plunge pool. I then had a Chiro appointment and again L4 is causing problems and my hips are rotated. I really needed this adjustment as I was so sore. I went for a quick walk before having to go back to the chemist at Glenelg to get some sunblock for Kevin. He had sent a request whilst I was at the Chiro. A quick stop for petrol on the way home, amazingly it is under $1 /lt. By now the wether has turned ugly and I was glad to be going home. I finished packing and weighed my luggage in at just under the 15kg that I was allowed on the Vietjet flight. I checked the letterbox and there was a letter from Dr Spriggins advising that my blood results were elevated again and that I now needed to have another MRI to access when I will have to have the hip joints in both hips replaced. As it was after hours I was unable to ring and make any appointments or to confirm with Spriggins PA what was required. I will have to get Yvonne to do some follow up for me.  had left over roast beef for dinner and was in bed reasonably early.
