(1) The Massive Eruption — Mount Merapi, one of the most active volcanoes in the world located in the heart of Java Island, Indonesia, Southeast Asia, continuously erupted from late October to the late of November 2010. This gigantic eruption of the volcano that has elevation 2,968 m (9,738 feet) spread out the pyroclastic flows as its most deadly volcanic material followed by lava and volcanic ashes.
