We weren’t quite sure what our film on the fishing charter was going to be about but when we arrived at the St Kilda pier there were a whole lot of young’s guys and a whole lot of beer and hence our inspiration for the video.
The crew from Melbourne fishing charters we awesome, they had everything set up and ready to go, all we had to do was sit back, enjoy the sunshine and wait for the snapper! We relaxed in the boat, drinking beer, eating sausages and every now and then someone’s rod would curl over and they would haul us in a big snapper. Tim and I both caught a massive Snapper each! It was awesome. All the fish caught were cooked on the barbeque, dressed with plenty of lemon and shared around the boat. Freshest fish in Melbourne! It was a perfect day out on the water with plenty of good food, good chat and good beer! Tim and I also got plenty of sun and now have perfectly outlined sunglass tans. I say tan, more like permanent redness!
