Ingredients
Chicken stock, ginger, garlic, rice noodles, lettuce (on the bottom), shrimp egg rolls (sliced half inch thick and placed over top), mint, crushed peanut, sambal olek (crushed sweet chilli)

 

How to prepare this recipe
Prep Chicken stock with ginger and garlic. In a bowl place lettuce (1/3 full on the bottom-Romaine or Boston), Place rice noodles (1/3 over lettuce), Pour chicken stock over ingredients in bowl and then garnish with shrimp egg rolls (sliced half inch thick), mint, crushed peanut, sambal olek (crushed sweet chilli to taste)

 

The story behind this recipe
I have not been to Indonesia but I did experience this in Kingston, Ontario Canada at a little place called Li's. I've tried several other dishes they prepare and love the freshness of their menu.
