I am a freelance video journalsit contributing to major news networks in Canada. I produce short documentary film. Recently I travelled to the Philippines with the Canadian DART team to film the delivery of aid to the huricane stricken Island of Panay. I attended Niagara College of Culinary Arts and have worked across Canada as a chef. I believe that if you're going to put something into your mouth it should be worth it because it's likely the most intimate thing you'll ever do. People ask me where I learned to cook. I tell them that I first learned how to eat. Cooking, came later.
