The story behind this recipe
When I was at university we lived in a student hostel. I lived in the same room with a guy named Yuri who was studying in the final year. Many evenings we spent in the kitchen preparing dinner and talking about everything. And one evening he made ??a dish which he was shown in the same hostel a few years earlier. it is very simple and very pleasant to me, so we started to cook it often enough. When Juri graduated I have a new neighbor. And one day I cooked this dish. He liked it too! And so this recipe handed down from generation to generation! And I still love this dish and it is always associated to the hostel.
