Ingredients
Basic Skin of cake
100 gr Butter
150 gr wheat flour
Content of cake (liquid)
1 cup milk full cream (white)
8 eggs (only use the yellow of egg)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Decoration (optional)
Grape, Biscuit, fruit syrup.

Mix all ingredient then make it thin in plate.

Mix all ingredients then pour the liquid in the plate which plating of basic skin of cake.
After that cooking it. You can use oven or microwave. If you use oven, you can cook between 60 minutes until 90 minutes. If you use microwave, you can cook between 45 minutes until 60 minutes (180 degree C).
Let it frozen then decorated it. (for decorated it’s optional ingredient. You can use some ingredients who you like)

The story behind this recipeThis recipe is traditional recipe from Papua, people there said is Lontar Cake because it made in lontar plate. But now, people from other places said it egg cake even though it’s different. Usually people in Papua will make this cake when special moment come like Feast day.
My mother is a chef (not formal chef but informal) but I proud of her passion to make cake. From her I learn to make cake then my passion fall in pastry. We have small business to make cake and sell it. Usually order for some cakes especially Lontar cake will be great when feast day ( because when feast day people will eat Lontar cake with many people) that’s way make it special. I’m not a professional for make a cake but I have to try to being a professional.
