    All it takes to change someone's world is a bit of passion and a little time. For thousands of students in South Africa, the lack of food can diminish concentration, erode willpower and strip away the potential greatness of a child. High levels of unemployment, underemployment and homelessness have led to an increase in the levels of poverty and hunger across South Africa. Educators recognize that hungry children do not concentrate well. With limited resources schools provide their pupils with breakfast and lunch every day. For some learners, these will be the only meals they will have Children at a communal school in Soweto, South Africa
