    This man displays his tattoo , a reminder of what his life was before he got leprosy and before he become a part of this community in Culion. He says, Most lepers in town still feel ashamed about their illness, this man seems to have accepted his situation, as he asks me to take a photograph with his wooden rifle. by: spiderjon Views[342] Although cured, these lepers are unable to work because of their disabilities. With out family members nearby they pass the time by playing cards among themselves and sometimes small talk with tourists who actually want to ineract with them.
