We have arrived safely and happily on the first leg of our journey, despite a very early start and reports that there would be bad turbulence. We are now happily settled in Singapore airport with our free wifi and seats booked together and with a window for the next flight.
The flight over was complete luxury- 2 delicious meals, very attentive airline hosts, a glass of wine with lunch and even a cheeky Singapore sling made just for us because we asked a question about it. Couldn't be better really!
Some much anticipated book reading, TV watching, magazine flicking and music listening completed our leisure activities. We did have a few moments of turbulence but it was all a bit of a 'storm in a teacup' to quote Belinda.
