Before I leave for an adventure, I always spend the morning with my best friend. Since moving away from home over a year ago, I don't get to do this any more. This photo helps me to remember the fun and joy (and mischief) me and my dog would get into and how excited she would be upon my return from travels.

On my travels around China, I was always impressed with the colourful sculptures hidden around the buildings. I only wish I could speak Chinese to find out what each one means.
