hello friends. hmmmm dont think i got that spelling correct. am in an historic city north of bangkok about 70k i guess.
so lousy guest house. dont think there was 15 mins consecutive quiet at any time. i may have slept couple hourse intermitently. loud discussons, bunch folks went out 11 30 or midnight. then various folks trickling back in during early hours. up donw stairs slamming doors shower toilet loud talking couple arguments. people beating on down stairs door etc etc.......
5 alarm. pack, worried getting bags on . very small rack. not my favorite bags ive had but working ok. did with bungees, and velcro lash in high enough far wnough back and not getting into spokes. tricky. not access to interior of bag whcih i like with baskets. must find front basket for various stuffs. out to sky train some after 6 not tons of people on trian yet. fell trying get up escalator. person behind rescued me. and security folks let me go down in elavator. bit of ride across town. sunrise behind skyscrapers. end of line. great park quite large people out jog walk etc.
freeway riding, benefit tone of traffic slip stream constant pull me along and fy overs over head express ways give me shade. the detriments or well riding on a freeway. fast conggested dangerous polluted need often cross multiple lanes to keep following where going. of course few wrong turns keep asking people for direction because a not mentioned on any sign till well past don mueng airport.
few food stops along the road but not alot with out getting off the road. wish knew smaller road. did get better may. yea. a small bowl soup, cold of course. later a nooodle salad i like. wiath some spicy sauce. tasty, getting really weary. thought it was fewer miles, but when sign said i had gone 45 k then said 25 k to A. arg. hot now stop under shade of overpasses. go into 'rest areas' where they have gas stations and stores.
funny feels like i never left. here am riding down then same smells and sights. watching for the certain signs of foods. also thinking of had this plan get Bangkok, go shop buy bike get bags head north. wow that Is what i did, doing, but so amazing to put all the going through the experience into the plan in the future. here i am doing my plan. amazing feeling still pretty positive. as tired hungry as feel wtoward end of miles. have been here before do knew where to look for this cyber yea. stay almost first guest house just needed to stop be done. now got to visit with all of you. hope all is well there. another town been to next and hope find that cyber do can stay current. thanx for coming along. hugs
