hello dear friends. hope this is some entertainment for yous. ahhh slept :) the bird that says for real or surreal wakes me and of course roosters. onto bike by 6 30 on map see a route out of town we are on an island so only few bridges. pick up and racer type cyclist. cruising behind. he say not that exit differnt, so he coming along to show. stops me several times on this that loose of not quite right so take me a while with him getting my kit just right. lashed and tied wonder how i will get it all off. i do have sketchy luggage. keep refining. rice fields and more of. small towns this much nicer. do have to always be aware of uncoming motos in my lane. using the shoulder as way to get down road on my side with out crossing over.
signs some times hiway number some times name even in english not so often in most places with they commit to what the milage might be. then can change up or down randomly. finally so see sign for lop bure. counting down. do fine untill get really hot no shace and still those slow milage markers. nice encounters with food stops. bite here or there. trying to sample new stuffs. but standbys are so common. had a little banana leaf packet thing. never sure what going be inside. this sweet sticky rice bit of banana and couple black beans. alot of sweet stuff just don't buy. had some fingerling sweet potatoe.yam things i like for travel food. and found my rice cakes without syrup drizzled on.
a flat tire. :( :( hunky tires but. walk back to a fortunatly close gas station. however nope no air hose. must go back aways. not going walk it. so unload bike they helped. 5 person crew. helpful then one took me to bike 'shop' on the moto. wasnt far. 5 thorns in tire and a new tube. they help me reload bike. that an event.
weary by now just want be there. could be 12ish 1ish maybe 11 30 depending on what clock i notice. oh well mid aft, hungry tired hot. sing loudly stop for photos drink water in shade. finally! arrive. been here before head that hotel. long get luggage off. glad for that cold shower :) out to munch and cyber. yea. its monkey town here. must be careful that will grab stuff. ok hope for tomorrow but not sure where i will be staying. enjoy love lani
