Ingredients
Potato leaves
Pinch of salt
2-3 garlic cloves (chopped)
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
3 tablespoon of cooking oil
How to prepare this recipeHeat up the cooking oil and add chopped garlic to fry until the colour turns brown. Take the potato leaves and fry it together with the garlic and slowly adding the salt and oyster sauce into it.
The story behind this recipeOften times, we don't eat so much vegetable in our proper meals everyday. We tend to be busy everyday and can just grab a fast food or any food from convenient shop.
I started to plant the potato leaves in a pot and it does grow very fast. To make myself eat healthy food, one of my meal should have vegetable. therefore it came to mind that potato leaves is one of the easiest way to cook and simple to prepare. This recipe will definitely help us to have a balance diet especially for urban life.
To grow, to prepare, to cook, to serve is just so simple and and easy. Everyone should try eat and have a healthy lifestyle by eating more vegetables.
