I am an avid traveler and health enthusiast. In addition I am a college professor who teaches health and wellness. Learning about other people and cultures is just one of my many passions and so I often try to mix my love of health, wellness and traveling to make the most of every trip! I do that by running marathons or hiking or walking in every place that I visit and definitely trying the food.
